"This is the Real Deal"
You wouldn't put bicycle tires on a Ferrari. So why are you using an audio cable with your guitar and amp? You need an interconnect that's made specifically for electronic instruments. You need award-winning Yellow Oval cable from Analysis Plus.
Yellow Oval the best selling instrument cable from Analysis Plus. The world's top musicians love it, including John Mayer, Richard Bona, Paul Carrack, Jeremy Meek, Chris Rodriguez and Brad Rice (Keith Urban's band), Peter Holstrom, Rick Rosasa (Neil Young's band), Jack Casady (Hot Tuna), and Jaime David Vazquez.
An "Editor's Pick"… Twice
Yellow Oval was an "Editor's Pick" in both Bass Player and Keyboard magazines. "Yellow Oval instrument cable is a very high-end, very good cable," reports Stephen Fortner, Technical Editor of Keyboard magazine in the June 2008 issue. "This is the real deal."
"Balanced, rich, and full-bodied," notes Jonathan Herrera in the October 2008 issue of Bass Player magazine.
True Balanced Design
Yellow Oval's conductors are low loss 18 gauge oxygen free copper woven in the Analysis Plus patented oval design. And it uses a true balanced design for the best possible audio performance, not a coaxial design like other cables.
The design is similar to the Analysis Plus Pro Oval Stage cable, but without the outer aluminum shield, which gives Yellow Oval a little more of the flexibility you need for moving around the stage or studio. It makes beautiful use of the company's patented Hollow Oval woven design to give you the performance you're looking for at a great price.
Patented Hollow Oval Conductor Geometry
Computer simulations show that not all geometries use their conductors uniformly. The Analysis Plus Hollow Oval design clearly uses its conductor more efficiently than standard round conductors, and the result is shown in the measured resistance. The Hollow Oval cables maintain a low resistance value, even at 20 kHz, where the resistance of the round cable has increased dramatically.
This increased resistance and slow rise time rolls off the high frequencies, which leads to the difference between the measured signal at the amp and the signal measured at the speaker terminals. This design principle is utilized throughout the Analysis Plus product line and is the reason why Hollow Oval cables look and sound better than other cables.
