Address Verification
The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the identity of the person claiming to own the credit card. The system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company.
Please keep in mind there may be a delay in processing your order if the shipping address does not match the address on file with your credit card company.
Audio Advisor reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time.

Coupons
Coupon codes can be redeemed on orders placed online, fax, mail or via phone unless specifically stated otherwise. Coupon codes must be given at time of order, verified by Audio Advisor as valid, and funds reserved before the expiration date.
The coupon will clearly state the percentage, dollar amount, shipping, or other discount applicable. All coupons expire at 11:59 p.m. EST on the date of expiration stated in the offer. Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the original coupon or discount applied. Coupons are not valid for previous orders and may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other coupons or special offers.
Only one coupon allowed, per customer, per order. Audio Advisor coupons have no cash value. Audio Advisor reserves the right to change, substitute, discontinue, or revoke any/all coupons at any time due to heavy demand, lack of product availability, possible fraud, promotional considerations or extenuating circumstances.
Advertising
Audio Advisor may partner with third-party companies to advertise our products or services. We make every possible effort to work with professional, accountable and reputable companies. Audio Advisor will not be held responsible for the actions of third-party advertisers or discontinued, inaccurate, or misrepresented offers displayed on third-party advertisements.

Customers who place orders, create accounts on our web site, or order Audio Advisor products through third party web sites may receive email notices with important news about new products, special offers, or changes in our products/policies from time to time.
Newsletters
Audio Advisor offers several weekly email newsletters. Subscriptions to these newsletters are strictly on an opt-in basis only. Audio Advisor does not participate with companies offering unsolicited email offers (a.k.a. SPAM). Audio Advisor will not rent or sell your email address to anyone. Customers may choose not to receive such notices by following the steps included at the bottom of the email received or by contacting customer service*. While most unsubscribe requests will take place within the same business day, please allow up to two weeks for processing.

All sales are made subject to, and shall be governed solely by, the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, and any disagreement, dispute, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan located in Kent County and the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. By submitting an order, a customer irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of any such court in any such suit, action or proceeding and to the laying of venue in such court, and the customer irrevocably waives any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and to any claim that the forum is inconvenient.

Audio Advisor ships products all over the world and while we have no standing exclusions, we reserve the right not to ship to a location.
In the event the product purchased exceeds the shipping limits of standard carriers, such as UPS, FEDEX or the US Postal Service, the product may be shipped via trucking service. In this case, your Salesman will notify you of this at the time of purchase.
- Addresses on all international orders are confirmed with the credit card issuer through our merchant services. This can take up to 10 business days.
- We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used for the order as the international banks will not provide us with alternate shipping information verification.
- Audio Advisor will ship products to countries outside of the United States where permissible by law and where allowed by the manufacturers we represent.
- All international orders are shipped via FEDEX only.
- International shipping charges are not provided on our website. Once the order is received in our office we will contact the customer via email with their ship choices. At that time they may choose the method they prefer.
- All VAT, duties, brokerage fees, etc. will be assessed and asked for at shipping time.
- Audio Advisor is not responsible for any fees associated with refused or unclaimed packages. Refused or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
- All of the products sold by Audio Advisor carry a manufacturer's USA warranty only.
- All international orders have a 30 day money back guarantee. The international customer must contact us within the first 30 days to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). The international customer is responsible for all shipping fees back to Audio Advisor.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the original documents, cables, remotes, etc. within 14 days of obtaining a return merchandise authorization to receive a full refund.
- All shipping charges, VAT, duties, brokerage fees, etc. are not refundable.
- If the customer fails to return the item in the original condition or if any of the original documents, box, packing material, remote, hardware, etc. are missing this may delay the refund and the customer may be charged the cost of the missing item(s).
Returns & Replacement
The products offered by Audio Advisor are backed by our exclusive 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Audio Advisor is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell.
If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchanged the item.* Please notify your salesman or our customer service department within 30 days of the receipt of the product, to arrange for a return.
*Restrictions, Limitations & Exclusions:
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping & insurance fees.
- Software and music can only be exchanged for the same title.
- Spent fluids and items with adhesive backings are non-refundable.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before our receiving department can accept them.
Process to return a product(s):

The product MUST have been purchased within the last 30 days.

The product must be in like-new condition and packaged correctly with the original box, packaging, accessories and manuals. Incomplete or improperly packaged products will be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping charges for return shipments must be paid by the customer.

Call 1-800-942-0220, Option #1, to request a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

Clearly print the RMA Number on the return shipping label affixed to the outside of the package(s). Please do not deface the factory boxes by writing or marking on them. We cannot accept returns that are not in the original factory cartons. The best place for the RMA Number is to be clearly printed on the return address label.

Include a brief description detailing why the product is being returned, along with the billing name and address.

For your protection, we strongly recommend shipping the package(s) via insured FedEx or UPS. Please retain your tracking number as Audio Advisor will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If the package arrives damaged or distressed it will be refused. You will then need to file a claim with the carrier to recover the insured amount of your package(s).

Audio Advisor will process the return within 10 business days of receipt.

Depending on the payment method, Audio Advisor will either refund the original purchasing credit card account number or issue you a refund check for the purchase price of your product.
If you believe that you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact customer service within 48 hours at 1-800-942-0220, Option #1. If a product arrives defective or damaged, and cannot be fixed with replacement parts, Audio Advisor will contact the carrier and arrange for pickup of the item. Please have the product repackaged with all the accessories.
We will not send out a replacement product until the original product has been received and verified defective or damaged. Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt at Audio Advisor's warehouse for processing.
Privacy & Security

Website: Visitors to our website will not be contacted unless they request it via e-mail or telephone. When you browse our site, you do so anonymously.
