Grado Gets iPod Headphones Right
One thing about Grado Labs: they don't rush into anything. They get a product 'right' before they bring it to the market.
Grado is one of the oldest family owned companies in the audio industry. For almost half a century, Grado has been the leader in design, engineering for the high-end audio and recording industries. Grado is famous for its remarkable headphone and phono cartridge designs and holds over 48 patents.
Take High-End Sound on the Go
Given the company's attention to design, it comes as no surprise that Grado Labs would take their time producing their first iPod headphones. The new iGrado 'phones bring high-end sound to the world of portable audio. In fact, they use the same driver featured in the legendary SR-60 headphones.
PC Magazine praises the iGrado thusly in its September 19, 2006 review: "Good bass. Comfortable. Compact behind-the-neck design."
The iGrado delivers excellent vocals and rich, full bass. You can listen for hours without that annoying 'ear burn' fatigue. The all new wrap-around behind-the-head design makes the iGrado great for iPods, MP3 players, portable CD players, and more.
Once again, Grado gets it right!

|A true deal on MP3 phones|
Absolutely unbeatable at the price. If you dont need noise-cancelling, buy these. Theyre beautifully warm-ish in their sound, as you might expect from a such a good cartridge maker. Of course, you might yearn for good turntable sound instead of MP3s as a source!

|An Ipod headphone for adults...|
The sound is typical Grado. Full, but relaxed and neutral. Not as bright as the Senn PX100, but slightly more natural sounding and no listener fatigue.
