Great Sounding Three-Input 24/192 DAC
The Music Hall dac15.2 is a three input solid-state digital-to-analog converter. It's the ideal solution for converting digital signals to analog output. It features a superior Texas Instruments (Burr-Brown) PCM 1796 with a 24-bit, 192 kHz processor. This chipset provides 24-bit, 96 kHz digital processing via USB input and 24-bit, 192 kHz digital processing via optical and coaxial inputs.
Connect the dac15.2 to a computer, Sonos, Apple TV, Airport Express, or any digital streaming device, and you'll be amazed by the improvement in sound. Connections include three digital inputs (USB, optical, coaxial), a coaxial digital output, and a pair of RCA analog outputs.
The beautifully finished extruded aluminum box wards off the effects of stray magnetic fields and provides a safe quiet environment for the sensitive electronics it houses thus providing you with the best sound possible from your digital sources.

|A good little DAC|
Just received this from Audio Advisor today and set it up between my PC and pre-amp an original APT Holman. Using a Toslink connection it sounds very good, very lifelike. Certainly competitive with other DACs in its price range -- perhaps even with DACs above $500.
