Warm and Natural Sound
If you haven't heard your music through a tube amplifier, you don't know what you're missing. The high-quality analog circuitry delivers warm and natural sound. The rear panel variable mini-plug output lets the A-6000 MKII double as a headphone amp whose performance will shame the built-in headphone output on many audio and video components.
Torroidal Transformer
A pair of 6N3 vacuum tubes in the output stage are responsible for the A-6000 MKII’s highly musical performance, along with an oversized torroidal transformer, which contributes most of the heft to this little amps 6-lb. weight. This advanced power supply responds quickly to musical signal demands and keeps operating noise low.
The Ins and Outs
Qinpu packs a lot of connectivity into the compact A-6000 MKII. It has one RCA input, two mini-plug inputs, a mini-plug variable line-out/headphone jack, and quality, full-size speaker binding posts that accept bananas, pins, spades, or bare wire.
