The PSB CW160S provides a high performance 6-1/2" in-wall CustomSound solution based on PSB's acclaimed CW180R/S 8" coaxial speaker systems. Coaxial speakers are very popular due to their small footprint making them ideal for space restricted in-ceiling and in-wall installations. Clever engineering and world-class industrial design combine in the PSB CW160S.
The CW160S's 6-1/2" woven Fiberglass woofer will thrill you with bass response the extends down to a low 45 Hz. The 3/4" metal dome tweeter sounds smooth and accurate with treble performance up to 20 kHz. The unique high-frequency, constant directivity SonicGuide™ gimbals provide a focused, even response both on and off axis. The SonicGuide™ can be tilted 30 degrees left or right, and the whole assembly can be turned through 180 degrees.
For even more flexibility in set-up, midrange and tweeter switches allow for 3dB response adjustments.
