If you are not satisfied with a product we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item. Please notify your salesmen or our customer service department within 30-days of receipt to arrange for a return.

After the item has been returned to us we will promptly refund your credit card, Paypal Account or, in the case of cash transactions, send you a check.

• The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
• Software and music can only be exchanged for the same title.
• Spent fluids and items with adhesive backings are non-refundable.
• Any shipping cost Audio Advisor incurs will be deducted from refunds of undeliverable or refused shipments.
