The MKII brings Bluetooth 5.0 to a design that had none. Your phone, tablet or laptop pairs in a few seconds. An optical input and a coaxial input feed a Burr-Brown PCM5102 converter, which handles files up to 24-bit and 192kHz.

The front panel keeps the controls people miss on newer gear. Bass and treble are both here, and a bypass switch lifts them out of the path when you want nothing added. A loudness button keeps quiet listening from sounding thin at the bottom end.
