Kept me informed, the shipment was quick, the price was right (lower than Amazon), and the product was top-notch. Also, just looking around the site I saw some other great gear I'll probably order soon.

Audio Advisor has been my go-to for over 20 years. Their 60-day in-home audition is a game changer. Being able to hear how the Rega amp paired with my existing speakers in my own living room gave me the confidence to make a major upgrade.

Fast shipping and bulletproof packaging. I ordered a sensitive tube preamp, and it arrived in pristine condition. You can tell these people actually care about the gear they ship. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship in online retail.
