Shipping policy

Free ground shipping over $49
Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping. The offer excludes items shipped by airfreight and is not valid on international orders. Audio Advisor may change or withdraw the offer at any time. Shipping cost is deducted from any refund on an undeliverable or refused shipment.

Delivery estimates
The shipping dates shown on our product pages are our best projection from supplier and manufacturer information, and we work to keep them accurate. Manufacturing and shipping delays can move them. We ship as soon as we can, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date — once the parcel leaves us, delivery is in the hands of FedEx or the United States Postal Service.

Military addresses
APO and FPO addresses receive free Priority Mail shipping. USPS applies a 70 lb weight limit and a 108 inch maximum for combined length and girth on Priority Mail packages.

International orders
We can ship only Pangea Audio and Record Doctor products outside the USA. International orders go by FedEx, ship only to an address matching the billing address, and are not quoted for shipping on the website. VAT, duties and related fees are assessed and collected at shipping time.
