The Top-of-the-line Hero
'AG' is the chemical abbreviation for 'silver,' and Kimber Kable's top-of-the-line Hero AG is a four-wire braided analog interconnect using four stranded silver conductors.
Hero AG relies on the same advanced gyroquadradic geometry that's used to such great success in critically acclaimed Hero copper interconnect. And it includes an additional silver conductor for increased noise rejection capability, plus dual-layer Teflon dielectric. The dielectric is clear Teflon.
Among its many other benefits, Hero AG offers increased noise rejection capability, allowing you to hear the details of your music as if against a silent, 'black' background.
Treating your system to Hero AG as opposed to lesser cables, you'll enjoy bass response that is tighter more defined. You'll also notice increased high frequency extension and bass impact. Hero AG is terminated with the WBT 0144, a locking RCA featuring a slotted center pin, Teflon insulation, and strain relief captured via a Torx screw. It uses a multi-layer plating process, with a final plating of 24-karat gold. |
