So Complete, It Even Has a USB Port
NAD's C715 is a do-it-all compact stereo system. The C715 combines all your favorite music sources into one very compact box, which includes 25-watt amplification, a sensitive, high-performance FM / AM tuner, and a full-function CD Player. Connections for adding extra analog and digital devices are available both on the front panel for portable devices and the rear panel for permanently installed ancillaries.
The front panel USB port allows you to transfer music files (CD Tracks or DAB Radio) from your C715 to any storage device or digital music player with a USB port. These USB devices can also serve as a source for play-back on the C715. PC's, MP3 Players and USB Memory Drives can be easily interfaced to the C715.
Compact But Powerful
Despite its compact size, the C715 is capable of high levels of performance. While not as powerful as NAD's full-size components, the C715 delivers plenty of clean, low distortion power on tap for driving high fidelity loudspeakers to lifelike levels in the smaller rooms for which
a compact unit is desirable. The radio and CD player offer similar levels of performance to NAD's full size components.
Shrinking size not only saves space, it saves money too. Compared to NAD's separate components the C715 represents an astounding value. The ability to drive high-performance speakers and even a powered subwoofer make the C715 the cornerstone of a highly satisfying music system. Combine this with its small footprint and many premium features and you have the ideal music system for a small room, office, or apartment.
IR Control Features
You can access all functions of the C715 via the supplied remote control. There are even IR control jacks for interfacing to sophisticated external control systems. By combining all your music sources into one control system, it is easy to enjoy your music while using just one remote handset. You can also set the C715 to turn on or off at a preset time, making it easy to wake up or fall asleep to music.
And It's Got Style
The C715 offers the same understated gimmick-free styling of NAD's Classic Series. Designed using the Bauhaus School's ideal of "form follows function," this solid form blends seamlessly into any decor without calling undue attention to itself. Smoothly operating controls and high levels of fit and finish exude the quality of a precision electronic instrument.
Musical Authenticity
NAD has a worldwide reputation for producing some of the very best performing high fidelity musical equipment available in today's market. NAD's undaunted insistence on musical authenticity has gained the appreciation of serious music lovers ever since NAD started in 1972.
But unlike the vast majority of "audiophile approved" hi-fi equipment, NAD has always kept the price reasonable. While not the lowest price in the market, NAD has found that by applying its vast knowledge and experience and by using premium parts in key areas, the company can achieve very high levels of performance for just a small cost increment above the mediocre performing mass-market fare.
