The 'Fi' stands for 'fluid injection.' Here's how the fluid injection system works: When you depress the pump, the machine automatically applies cleaning fluid across the record surface. Next, a felt-covered strip deep-cleans the grooves while the vacuum strip sucks the debris and polluted fluid away. A slide-out waste tray on the bottom allows easy spent fluid disposal.
