Outstanding Tube Complement
When Vincent created the SA-T8, the German audiophile company delved deep into research and development until each stage of the preamplifier provided exactly the results that the engineers had in mind. Extensive listening sessions complemented each phase of the engineering process to ensure that the SA-T8 didn't simply look good on paper. It also had to deliver startlingly good real world performance.
The vacuum tube pre-stage delivers uncompromising performance, delivering perfect preamplification of low level audio signals, thanks to the combination of four 12AX7 and three 12AU7 tubes. Two oversize AC power transformers supply the two stereo channels independently of one another in true dual mono, symmetrical circuit layout for the cleanest possible sound.
The SA-T8's hybrid tube and solid state circuitry relies on a superior negative feedback design for optimal linearity and true-to-experience sound. Gold-plated inputs consist of four RCAs and two Neutrik XLRs, with two RCA outputs, one RCA record out, and one XLR Neutrik output. Also included are dual 12 V DC triggers and a wireless remote. |
