Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Every product Audio Advisor sells is backed by our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price or exchange the item. Contact your salesperson or our customer service department within 60 days of receiving the product to arrange a return.

Audio Advisor is an authorized dealer for everything we sell.

Before you return anything: call us for an RMA number
Call 1-800-942-0220 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, the product must be in like-new condition and shipped in its original packaging, so please keep the boxes.

How to send it back
1. Call 1-800-942-0220 and request an RMA number.
2. Print the RMA number clearly on the outside shipping label.
3. Put a note inside the box with your name and return address.
4. Ship to:

What the guarantee does not cover
Original order shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility.
Audio Advisor may suspend the Satisfaction Guarantee on selected products or orders for a set period, with advance notice to the customer.
Audio Advisor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order it judges not to be in the best interests of the customer or the company.

Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, call customer service within 48 hours on 1-800-942-0220. If it cannot be put right with replacement parts, we will contact the carrier and arrange collection — please repackage the product with all its accessories. A replacement is sent once the original has been received and verified, and processing takes up to 10 business days from arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds
Returned products are inspected at our warehouse and refunds are issued within 24 hours of inspection. Your bank may take a further 7–10 business days to show the credit. If it has not appeared by then, call us on 1-800-942-0220.
