Expansive, Exciting Center Channel Speaker

The Vestia Center is the appropriately named center channel speaker in Focal's Vestia product line. During its development, Focal engineers took great efforts to assure that it not only performed center channel duties, but also contributed to the overall sound of a Vestia system. The Center perfectly complements a multi-channel system, lending sonic coherence and excitement to home theater soundtracks and multi-channel music listening. A tilted base enhances the soundstage, contributing to a true theatrical experience at home.

The Vestia Center takes maximum advantage of exclusive Focal technologies, including the famous Slatefiber cone. Made in Focal's French workshops from recycled carbon fiber material, the Slatefiber cone provides detailed and memorable listening experiences. Vestia also incorporates an aluminum-magnesium ‘M’-shaped TAM tweeter, a Focal exclusive never before seen in a loudspeaker for the home. The tweeter enables smooth and precise treble reproduction.

Vestia Center has dual 6.5" Slatefiber cone mid-bass drivers and a 1" TAM tweeter. A double bass reflex rear port extends the sound without dynamic compression.

Exclusive Focal Technologies for Vestia

Focal is a specialist in speaker driver cones and has chosen its renowned Slatefiber cone for Vestia. Developed for Chora speakers in 2019, this cone made from recycled carbon fibers was a huge hit from the moment it first appeared. The engineers continued their work to make it even higher performing and adapted it to studio monitors (Alpha Evo) and in-car systems (Slatefiber line).

Focal has also chosen the innovative ‘M’-shaped dome TAM tweeter for the Vestia line. Initially developed for Focal car audio systems, this exclusive tweeter has been revamped to work with hi-fi loudspeakers and now makes its first appearance in home audio gear.

Lastly, Vestia loudspeakers feature a port towards the front for more frontal impact, and a rear port for an encompassing bass – creating a bass reflex profile that produces a deeper soundstage.

Vestia Design and Finish

Focal offers refined loudspeakers in terms of both sound and design. The Vestia models present a dynamic and sleek design that blends seamlessly into all styles of interior. Inspired by Vesta and Hestia – goddesses of the hearth and the home – Focal has chosen elegant finishes for these speakers: Black High Gloss, Dark Wood or Light Wood for the side panels, and a black or white leather effect for the front panels. Every detail counts, with metallic rings perfecting the aesthetic finish. A detachable grille is provided, giving owner's a further choice as to the appearance of their Vestia.

Build a Complete Vestia System

Developed and made in France in Focal’s workshops, the Vestia line boasts five products. Vestia No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 are floorstanding models. Vestia No. 1 is a bookshelf loudspeaker for small spaces. Vestia Center is a center channel loudspeaker for a home theater and multi-channel music systems.

For even higher performance, Vestia speakers can be combined with the SUB 600P subwoofer for deep and encompassing bass. In addition, Focals speaker stands made for Vestia are tilted to provide an optimal and natural soundstage that is focused on the listener for an even more immersive listening experience.
