The Nines II are the largest and most powerful model in Klipsch's powered speaker family, above The Fives II and The Sevens II. Each speaker uses an 8-inch Jet Cerametallic woofer (the driver that makes the low and middle sounds) paired with a 1-inch titanium tweeter (the driver that makes the high sounds) set inside a Klipsch Tractrix horn. The horn is a shaped opening around the tweeter that aims the sound right at you, which is part of why Klipsch speakers sound so lively and clear.
