REL says it plays twice as loud as the original HT/1003.

A Driver and Amp Built to Punch Up

The 10-inch CarbonGlas cone combines glass fiber with a true carbon fiber center cap—light, stiff, and pistonic—driven by larger magnets and an upgraded suspension with enlarged surround for greater travel under control. The 300W amplifier comes from a Tier One supplier with thicker boards and upgraded power supplies, and REL rates it honestly: RMS continuous, like a serious monoblock.

REL's renowned analog input filters combine ultra-fast crossovers, elevation filters that keep deep bass flat, and integrated limiters that let the full power through without distortion.
