In 2017 Audio Intelligent began development of a record cleaning solution strictly for use in fluid-dispensing vacuum record cleaning machines. The idea was to avoid a foaming issue caused by the record cleaning machine's fluid-pumping mechanism and agitation of the fluid. Products that foam when used with these machines can interfere with the dispensing nozzles on the machine, as well as with the agitation and vacuuming operations.

Audio Intelligent also wanted to create a one-step solution that otherwise would clean better than anything else available for record cleaning machine use. This project was set aside for a couple of years, but the company put it back on the front burner in 2019 because of the growing numbers of fluid-dispensing vacuum record cleaning machines on the market. Audio Intelligent began working on it again in late January of 2020, conducted controlled laboratory testing in July, and arrived at the solution it wanted in August.
