It gives you a help guide where you will need to cut the plasterboard to accommodate the speaker mount, making installation easier and more precise. It has an overall diameter of 11.42" and a speaker cut-out of 9.84".

    The kit includes perforated metal wings that easily fasten to the studs via screws staples or nails. Sold each.
