Impressive as it may be, the AVR-X3800H's generous 9-channel amplification doesn't mean you need to stop at an 11-channel speaker configuration. With external 2-channel amplification that can be assigned to either Front, Left, and Right, or a pair of height channels, you can set up an 11-channel speaker configuration such as 7.1.4, allowing you even more flexibility and an engulfing audio experience.

Subwoofer Outputs and Settings
