Going to Extraordinary Lengths
Naim has gone to extraordinary lengths to maximize the quality of digital music streams. Uniti is running on a completely new Naim designed and built streaming platform. Every component and material was put under the microscope, questioned, refined or replaced with new custom parts at every stage.
Uniti’s unique and very powerful 40-bit SHARC DSP is so phenomenally accurate that it performs a staggering 2.7 billion calculations per second, giving it enough power to resolve the most complex music signals with ease.
Extreme care has been taken by Naim's highly trained engineers to protect sensitive components in the audio signal path from digital circuitry – isolated circuit boards for both analog and digital signals, optical isolators to transfer information between the two sides of the products and careful testing and analysis by our audio experts to catch any stray interference.
State-of-the-Art Wi-Fi
New Uniti players feature the very latest Wi-Fi, supporting both 2.4 and 5GHz, alongside far better internal buffer and memory. The antennas are integrated within the heatsink. Naim also installed a back reflector to prevent any harmful radiation from entering the unit.
Digitally Controlled Analog Volume

Driving Uniti's digital innovation is a Class A/B integrated amplifier based on the design of one of Naim's most iconic and best-loved integrated amps – the NAIT. This iconic analogtechnology is the beating heart within each Uniti system. Running twice as fast as its predecessor, it is an amplifier that has all the distilled audio engineering know-how behind it.
A large toroidal transformer sits at the center of each Uniti system providing vital fuel, allowing the audio electronics to shine by converting a noisy 'mains' AC power supply into a high-caliber power source.
Easy App Control – In One Room or Many
The Naim App – available for Apple and Android devices – makes it simple to control your Uniti Nova, and even link up other music systems around your home into a stunning multi-room set-up.
