These are pre-construction brackets for MartinLogan ML-62i In-Wall/In-Ceiling speakers designed for use in new construction, to be attached to studs before drywall is installed. The use of these brackets assures that installers are able to pre-wire and rough-in the location of the speakers, so that after the dry wall installation, holes of the appropriate size are left open.
