This is Cardas Iridium at one meter with right-angle RCA plugs, sold each. It exists for one situation: a turntable whose sockets face a wall, or sit close enough to one that a straight plug will not seat without moving the deck forward.

A straight RCA plug needs two or three inches of clear air behind the socket. On a shallow shelf, or a deck pushed back to hide the cables, that clearance does not exist — and forcing a straight plug in at an angle strains the socket rather than solving it.
