A Reference DAC With the Power Supply to Match
An ESS ES9039PRO DAC anchors the A10, paired with OPA1612 op-amps. An XMOS XU316 processor handles the digital side. Two separate linear power supplies keep digital and analog sections apart, and ripple on the analog side stays below 30 microvolts. A temperature-controlled clock system holds jitter under 50 femtoseconds.
The measured results back up the engineering. XLR outputs measure better than 130dB for signal-to-noise and dynamic range, with THD+N below 0.000078% (−122dB). How does the room correction work?

Can it drive a subwoofer directly?
