A Wider Steel Plate for Aperta200 and ISO-200 Stands on Floor Stands

The IsoAcoustics Aperta200 Support Plates are sold as a pair, one for each stand. They give an Aperta200 or ISO-200 isolation stand a full-size surface when the top of a floor stand or bracket is smaller than the stand's 7.8 by 10 inch footprint.

Each plate is steel with a black powder-coat finish, 10.7 inches long, 8.6 inches wide and 0.12 inches thick. Strips of 3M double-sided tape are included, and the plates can also be drilled and bolted to the stand.

Fit, Load and Materials

The plate matches the Aperta200 and ISO-200 footprint with a margin on each side and adds about an eighth of an inch of height. The stands' weight ratings still apply. IsoAcoustics advises making sure the floor stand beneath is stable enough for the stand and a speaker of up to 75 pounds.

How Do You Fit Them?

Clean the top of the floor stand and either tape the plate down with the supplied strips or drill and bolt it through. Center the Aperta200 or ISO-200 on the plate, then set the speaker on the stand and adjust the tilt.

Do I need these on a shelf or console?

Will they fit the smaller Aperta or ISO-155?

Those stands take the Aperta Plates, which are 8.25 by 6.85 inches. This pair fits the Aperta200 and ISO-200 only.
