Get the bass you need from an unobtrusive design that blends right in. The Klipsch R-8SW subwoofer's compact cabinet allows for discrete, flexible placement without sacrificing detailed low frequencies needed for a smaller room. The down-firing copper injection-molded graphite woofer is powered by an all-digital amplifier to deliver abundant power with efficiency and accuracy.

Spun Copper IMG Woofer

The R-8SW's 8" Injection Molded Graphite (IMG) high excursion woofer is exceptionally light while being extremely rigid – providing remarkable low frequency response with minimal cone breakup and distortion. The down-firing design improves the low frequency response with minimal effort. In addition to providing deep bass, it offers placement flexibility.

Compact Design

At only 13.25" high and 11.75" deep, the R-8SW is the smallest of all Klipsch subwoofers. It is designed to be incredibly flexible in any current or future room layout, while producing chest-thumping bass. The compact cabinet design allows for discrete, flexible placement without sacrificing theater-scale low frequencies and detailed bass.

All-Digital Amplifier

The built-in all-digital amplifier delivers ample power with high efficiency and true-to-source accuracy in reproduction. Amplifier power is 50-watts continuous with 150-watts of peak power for vivid musical crescendos, exciting special effects, and more.

Take Total Control

The low-pass crossover and phase controls allow you to blend the subwoofer's low-frequency tones with other Klipsch speakers as well as customize your ideal level of bass. The Line/LFE inputs ensure compatibility with old and new receivers.

The R-8SW is finished in a sleek brushed polymer for durability and a contemporary aesthetic for seamless integration into your home décor.

Front-Mounted LED Power Indicator

The front-mounted LED Power Indicator you know when the system is on or off. Controls include Volume, Lowpass, Auto Power, and Phase (Switchable 0-180 degrees). An IEC-type detachable power cord is included.
