A 6.5-inch woven Kevlar woofer with a resonance-damping Nomex backing layer and cast-aluminum basket carries the music down to 56Hz.

A reinforced chassis stiffens the assembly like a better cabinet on a traditional speaker, and the ultra-low-profile, paintable micro-perf grille has no visible bezel—just 0.31 inches of projection.
