Its custom 10-inch concentric driver, developed through 18 months of R&D, places a 1.25-inch soft dome tweeter at the exact center of a 10-inch paper-pulp cone. Two drivers work as one voice from a single point in space, producing the kind of holographic imaging and coherence that conventional multi-driver speakers struggle to match.

The big cone has nearly 2.5 times the surface area of a typical 6.5-inch woofer, so it barely moves to produce large, dynamic sound—keeping a consistent waveguide around the tweeter while delivering true bass extension to 42Hz.

What "Master Edition" Adds

The Master Edition upgrades the acclaimed original with a precision-tuned crossover built from polypropylene film capacitors, metalized-film resistors, and air-core inductors, plus improved impedance linearity for an even friendlier amplifier load. The headline addition is a 3-position Tweeter Level Switch built directly into the crossover board: "High" adds presence in heavily damped rooms, "Mid" is the factory-calibrated balance, and "Low" tames bright, reflective spaces—room integration with no compromise in signal purity.

Twin-Drive Magnet System

At the heart of the driver is MoFi's Twin-Drive high-flux neodymium magnet system, which creates a fully symmetrical magnetic field that eliminates flux modulation. The result is extremely low intermodulation distortion—a major reason the SourcePoint 10 sounds so pure, even at high volume.

Built Like Fine Furniture

The cabinet uses 1-inch-thick MDF panels with two internal braces and a sculpted, multi-faceted 2-inch-thick front baffle that eliminates diffraction. Book-matched, furniture-grade real wood veneer comes in Satin Walnut (with grey magnetic grilles) or Satin Black Ash (with black magnetic grilles), with mirror-imaged grain across the pair.

Low Slung Stands Included

This package includes MoFi's Low Slung Stands (LSS), purpose-built for the SourcePoint 10. Standing 6.1 inches tall at the front and 3.6 inches at the rear, they position the speakers near the floor with a built-in upward tilt that aims the concentric driver precisely at a seated listener—a sleek, low-profile alternative to conventional stands.
