Story Behind Bringing Masters-Series Eigentakt to the Classic Lineup

Eigentakt — developed by Purifi's Bruno Putzeys and Lars Risbo — debuted in NAD's Masters M33. The C 298 was the first Classic Series product to receive that same module. NAD manufactures the modules under license and pairs them with its own switch-mode PSU and Asymmetrical PowerDrive — Masters-tier engineering in a Classic Series chassis.

How do I bridge it to mono?

Note: Purifi modules require non-standard bridging — connect speakers between the L+ and R- terminals; never connect subwoofers, switches, or headphone adapters with common ground connections.

What is the variable gain control for?
