Carefully Designed and Manufactured, Inside and Out

The stylish CNC-machined plinth, available in High Gloss Black, Satin White or Walnut finish, features no plastic parts and is carefully manufactured to ensure there are no hollow spaces inside, therefore avoiding unwanted vibrations within the chassis.

Carrying this philosophy through the entire design, the heavy, zero-resonance glass platter also avoids the flaws of plastic or lightweight steel alternatives. The purpose-chosen turntable feet further help isolate the T1 EVO Phono from external vibrations around your hi-fi system, further reducing the chances of them entering the signal chain and compromising sonic performance.

Precision Drive System and 8.6" Aluminum Tonearm

With its precision motor system, the T1 EVO Phono is able to ensure a smooth, anti-resonant rotational platform for the tonearm and cartridge to ride across. The highly accurate motor drives a belt, which is attached to a new bigger sub-platter. The sub-platter is mounted into an ultra-precise 0.001mm main bearing with a hardened steel axle and brass bushing.

With its straight, stiff, 8.6" effective length aluminum construction, the one-piece tonearm features low-friction bearings for absolute accuracy in use. In addition to the tonearm's clean and stylish looks, the integrated headshell won't cause any additional vibrations either. This is a big improvement over lesser arms with detachable, screwed-on, or glued-on headshells.

Built-in Phono Preamp

Stepping up from the basic (but still feature packed!) T1 EVO model, the T1 EVO Phono includes a built-in, Pro-Ject-designed, high-quality MM moving magnet phono stage. This allows you to connect the T1 BT directly to the line-level input of a receiver or integrated amp without the need for an outboard phono preamp.

Includes an Ortofon OM10e Cartridge

You don’t need to buy a phono preamp and you don't have to shop for a phono cartridge, either. The Pro-Ject T1 EVO Phono is ready to start playing vinyl records almost as soon as you remove out of the box. It comes with an Ortofon OM10e Moving Magnet cartridge, featuring an elliptical diamond stylus tip. This is a true hi-fi playback system with no corners cut. The cartridge comes pre-mounted, so there is no fussy set-up involved. Just put on an LP and enjoy your music!

The T1 EVO Phono package includes a super shielded, se-mi-symmetrical, low-capacitance phono cables, purpose-designed by Pro-Ject – not off-the shelf RCA cables.
