Its laboratory-grade cleaning formula reaches into record grooves to loosen dirt, grease, grime and mold-release compounds that can obscure musical detail and increase unwanted surface noise.

Unlike solutions that rely on alcohol, RxLP is completely alcohol-free and will not dry or gradually degrade the vinyl surface. Its non-toxic formula produces no harsh fumes or hazardous residue, making it a practical choice for routine record care at home. RxLP is recommended for vinyl records only and works best with a vacuum-powered record cleaning machine that can remove the loosened contaminants and used fluid from the grooves.
