The Salamander Archetype 2.0 is a compact, versatile two-shelf unit. It can either stands alone or serves as a vertical extension for other compatible Archetype racks. Each shelf has a weight capacity of 150 lbs. The Archetype 2.0 measures 20" high, 23" wide, and 16" deep.

Innovative Design

Highly original Archetype audio racks offer unique features never before available at this price. Archetype racks are constructed of 23"-wide, 16"-deep, and 3/4"-thick wood shelves held in place by a system of 5/8" diameter threaded steel rods, washers, and nuts. Each shelf is infinitely adjustable, so you can change the spacing between shelves for gear of varying heights, or allow extra breathing room for hot running gear.

Shelves on the Salamander racks are are held firmly in place-above and below-by a combination of energy-damping neoprene washers, steel washers, and steel nuts. This damping feature prevents vibrations from traveling from component to component within the rack. The useable width between the steel rods is 19.25". Some assembly required.

Archetype racks are a modular design, which means you can add or remove shelves as you change equipment-or you can even bolt an additional five-shelf rack on top, creating a 54"-tall seven-shelf rack! No other rack system offers more options!
