The larger cabinet size compared to many other record cleaning machines allows for quieter operation and improved handling of the record and cleaning liquid application processes.
Fast, Super Powerful, and Easy to Use
The VC-S2 ALU is fast and super powerful. It cleans records in as little as one or two rotations. The very best results are achieved with one rotation forward followed by one rotation backwards. It takes about two seconds per rotation, which is about three times faster than comparable cleaning machines. The result is a much quicker and more effective cleaning process, and let's face it… the less time it takes to clean your records, the more you will enjoy using the VC-S2 ALU.
The robust metal vacuum arm is easy to use, mechanically stable, and focuses all suction power directly onto the record surface. A new aluminum clamp covers the record label while you clean your record, protecting it from getting wet from the cleaning fluid and avoiding damage.
Large Fluid Reservoir
The VC-S2 ALU's large internal container (2.5 liters) collects used fluid and is very easy to empty. When using Pro-Ject's Wash-It cleaning solution, the spent fluid will evaporate in the container. This means the container will almost never need to be emptied even after cleaning thousands of records. The tank shows fill-up capacity, guaranteeing zero spillage of used cleaning fluid.
Pro-Ject's eco-friendly and non-alcoholic vinyl cleaning concentrate, Wash-It, offers very good cleaning results and reduces the static electricity charge of vinyl records, so that record wear and stylus wear are significantly reduced.

Included with the VC-S2 ALU are all the accessories and supplies you need to start cleaning your records immediately – and to continue cleaning them, too! It comes with a record cleaning brush, vacuum arm, self-adhesive arm strip, aluminum clamp, wash it (100ml), 500ml mixing bottle, and AC power cable.
