The job of the flagship model in any REL series is to deliver more of everything, particularly output and dynamics. The T/9x is no different in this regard. It delivers the goods in both music and home theater applications. But the 9x also offers impressive intimacy, clarity, and speed. That means there are isn't a trade-off between the sonic balance of smaller T/x-series models weighed against the power and scale of the T/9x.

The all new T/9x has even greater output than its predecessor, but the headline news is how it sacrifices nothing in clarity and transparency to achieve this. At this price it opens the pathway for owners of high performance floorstanding, stand-mount monitors, and small electrostatic speakers to enjoy truly full range sound by adding the T/9x.

A huge advantage of the T/9x is its installation flexibility. You can either use various wired connections, or you can go wireless with REL's full-throttle, zero-compression Arrow system. No matter how you configure your REL, it is a superior choice for home theater, multi-channel music, and two-channel stereo hi-fi.

A Better Engine

The new composite alloy/fiber engine in the T/9x blends precisely the correct dimension of stiffening alloy with a fiber material chosen for its sonic neutrality and light weight. The combination is brilliant, exceeding the performance of competitors’ drivers that are many times more expensive.

If sheer output alone is a primary requirement for your theater or music system, then the T/9x with its 300-watts RMS power delivery is the perfect ticket. The combination of a lightweight, composite 10" driver coupled to a matching 10" passive radiator delivers speed, slam and attack when called for. But it also is highly capable of tracing more delicate passages when necessary. It is powerful, concussive, and beautiful.

The "T/x" subs use the same Class A/B power amplifier sections with large, high current power supplies, precision-wound transformers, and an amazing reliability record that has powered some 100,000 RELs. Zero-Compression Wireless With Arrow

Arrow™ is REL’s latest generation of zero-compression wireless, allowing you to go without cabling and connect by clean hi-res wi-fi instead (requires optional Arrow transmitter/receiver, sold separately). Super fast delivery of both High Level Bass and .1/ LFE with the Arrow wireless technology ensures the rich, natural warmth that only RELs can deliver. With a range of some 45-feet, Arrow permits flexible placement without sacrificing sound quality.
