The stand is 7.8 inches wide, 10 inches deep and 3.75 inches tall. It ships with the short tubes only and no tilt inserts, so it assembles one way and sits flat. Check that 3.75 inches of lift against a subwoofer that sits under a desk or in a cabinet bay.

It assembles by hand from frames and tubes and is made for a hard floor, a stage or a studio floor. A subwoofer wider than the frame is fine as long as the cabinet is centered and the weight sits evenly on the top frame.
